週に1度の定休日
この日は静岡県側から攻める富士山周辺と
山梨県側の名所でおなじみの山中湖界隈ドライブでした。
遅めの昼から出発の御殿場目指しての適当家族ドライブ。
家内と娘と３人で足柄サービスエリアにて昼のランチでした。
この日は雪の影響もありAMG G63T ゲレンデW463で出掛けました。
正式には2000年のAMG G55Lベースなのですが、
なんちゃってエクステリア仕様の最新式のG63Lへ外観をカスタムです。
ルートは御殿場インター下車でまずは
246号線経由でスバルライン富士入り口まで目指しました。
季節11月〜04月末までは正面富士スカイライン入り口は
通行止の閉鎖ですから五合目まで登ることは出来ません。
いつもの水塚公園〜入り口までの簡単ドライブ折り返しでした。
そこから今度は米軍キャンプ地 経由で
一般道を使用して左回りの山中湖界隈へ抜けました。
帰りは富士五湖道路を使用して東名高速道路
御殿場インター横浜青葉経由で還ってきました。

歴史ある四角い鉄の箱に
往年のRECAROの旧型CSEを
2座席放り込んでカーボンインテリアで
室内インテリアを適度にカスタムです。
軽く100Km界隈で行ける近距離ドライブに
出掛けて楽しむ休日でした。
このW463は想像以上に高速安定性も良く
走らせていて微妙に楽しい乗り心地が得られます。
この車両W463ゲレンデへはNAエンジンの真骨頂。
V8エンジン5500ccの心臓AMGが奢られます。
これはこれで楽しさとしてはありかも知れない。
外観上のエクステリアは
最新型AMG コンプリートG63仕様にカスタム済みです。
外から眺めているだけでは正しい年式なんて誰も見抜けない。
フロントのブレーキは
380mmのRDD社製の大口径ローターと
8PODの大型ブレンボに交換させました。
2000年式のAMG G55Lですと
純正のブレーキですと
制動力も含め初期のタッチが
少し物足りません。
最大径の380mmと
８ポッドブレンボの組み合わせで
フィーリング的にも丁度良いくらいです。
エクステリアを最新式に改造させて
観得る場所はそれなりに手を入れた
ツウなカスタムと仕上げ方。
